Prophetess Jazz has always served in some capacity of ministry since a very young age. She was baptized at an early age and became an active member of the Sunshine Band, Youth Dpartment, Young Adult Choir, and Youth Usher Board. Her passion and love for the creative arts was definitely a great passage into ministry as she established the very first liturgical dance ministry for children and adults at her home church, Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
